At Vashine3D, we take pride in our 3D printed creations and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As our products are often unique or custom-made, please review our refund policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Please note that custom-printed items, personalized products, and bulk wholesale orders are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Each custom piece is made to your specific requirements.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at vashine2021@163.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and make it right through a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Production Time

As many of our items are printed to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order is shipped. Large wholesale or custom orders may require additional time, which will be communicated during the quoting process.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:

Standard International Shipping: 7-15 business days.
Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Vashine3D is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
